Penelope was adopted February 2020!
PERSONALITY
I’m very sweet and friendly. I love to run, jump and play. I’ll explore any open cabinet or closet door, but don’t shut the door because I will let out a cry! I need my ‘petting and cuddle’ time each evening with my foster mom. I’m happy to sleep next to Mom in bed, but come morning, I am up and ready to play!
Hobbies: I enjoy chasing my sister and having a wrestling match. I don’t always win but we have great fun.
Favorite Toy: The house is my toy! I play with scrap of paper or twist tie or even the sun beam.
Favorite Napping Spot: I live in a house with ‘big’ cats and love to join them by the fireplace on their special blanket. The big cats look at me and turn their backs but I just snuggle down on their blanket and snooze.
HOW I CAME TO THE PGSPCA
My sister, Genevieve, and I were living in a colony of feral cats and it is believed that we are the only survivors from our litter. Something about a fox in the neighborhood… We were scooped up and taken to a foster home where we have been soaking up lots of love and attention.
DREAM FAMILY
I would love a home that would give me lots of attention and hugs. I am growing up to be independent but I would miss my sister very much. My foster home has ‘big cats’ and I hold my own and really want to fit in and be a ‘big cat’ too! I think I could live with a nice dog as well.
