About Me

Shy was adopted December 2023!

Hello, my name is Shy! With my silvery, silky fur, and green eyes, I’m basically a fluffy Russian Blue. I was born into a feral colony and a kind person brought me into the PGSPCA.

My foster mom says I was very shy at first and hid a lot for the first four weeks. But now I walk around the home with my tail held high and am much more comfortable. I like asking for love by giving my foster mom’s leg a hug with my tail and/or rolling dramatically on the floor. (My foster mom calls this “performing.”) l really like sitting in laps, am good with being held, love chin scratches, and you can pet my stomach, tail, and other areas once I am comfortable with you. I also know house rules like how to use the litter box and scratching post and love my foster brothers, both big and small, so I can get along with adult cats and other kittens. My favorite toys are springs and balls.

My dream family will know that I am a sweet and quiet little kitty but I still get scared sometimes and would like a quiet home. They must also like fluffy kitties because my fur is really starting to grow in!
