Hi, I'm Maggie. I’m adopted!
Beagle | Baby | Female | Small
About Me
Thank you for everyone’s interest in Maggie. We had a ton of interest in her and apologize if we were unable to get back to you.
Meet Maggie! She is a loyal, quirky, extremely friendly ball of never-ending fun. Maggie loves all people and other dogs!! She is perfectly happy playing with toys in the backyard, sniffing around on long walks, napping, and cuddling. She comes from a research facility, so she is still working on socialization, but has some basic training and has adjusted to home life very quickly! The dog park and beach are a couple of her favorite places to hang out.
She is house trained, crate trained, and knows some basic commands (come, sit, lay down). She is fairly quiet for a beagle and she only howls occasionally and rarely barks. Maggie requires decent exercise; a couple of 20-30 minute walks a day after mealtimes. With her short coat, she is very easy to groom, and sheds moderately.
Given that Maggie is a puppy, she loves to chew on rubber toys and sometimes inappropriate items. She can get into things if you’re not watching because she is so SMART! She likes to dig in the backyard occasionally and loves to play in the garden. She is very eager to please and will be very attached to her person. Maggie is happiest right by your side.
