Hi, I'm Elvis. I’m adopted!
Pomeranian Chihuahua | Adult | Male | Small
About Me
Elvis was adopted March 2024!
Elvis is a loving, caring Pomeranian chi mix! He adores ALL people, children, and dogs. He spends most of his days napping and hanging out with family.
He requires a small amount of exercise daily (three 5-10 minute walks). He walks well on the leash and does not pull at all. After his morning walk, he tends to sleep most of the day away!
He has great house manners and listens very well. Currently, he knows commands in Spanish, including the basics (Sientate/Sit, Espera/Wait and Ven Aqui/come). He is extremely food motivated when it comes to training, so it will be easy to expand his vocabulary in English.
Elvis does have mild separation anxiety, which leads to him having accidents if he is left home alone outside of the crate. Additionally, he may have the occasional accident overnight. He is 100% crate trained, so we would definitely recommend using a crate, so he won’t have any accidents.
Elvis has a heart condition which requires him to take medicine daily. Additionally, he will need to go to the cardiologist every 6 months for a recheck echo.
All in all, Elvis would be an excellent addition to any family looking for a super smart, low energy, friendly, and loyal dog.
