About Me
Ellie was adopted May 2025.
Hi. My name is Ellie. I am a chihuahua mix. My foster mom thinks there may be some Pug in me because I have an underbite.
I live with 3 other dogs: 2 Chihuahuas (1 male, 1 female) and a Yorkie (female). I get along with the other dogs and fit right in with the pack. We eat together and after our meals, we go outside together for outdoor time. I am not really playful, I mostly enjoy finding a sunny spot on the bed or on the deck and lounging around all day. In the evenings, after dinner, I like watching my favorite Netflix shows with my foster mom. I am quiet, I don’t bark much. At bedtime, I climb quietly into my foster mom’s bed to sleep at the foot.
I am housetrained, and I have had zero (that’s right, zero!) indoor accidents since I came here. I know how to walk on a leash. And I love car rides.
I like baths, and brushing, and having my nails trimmed. But I don’t like having my ears cleaned and will wiggle away.
I would love being in a quiet home with someone who has plenty of time to give me scratches and rubs and would let me sit on their lap all day.
