PGSPCA Shot Clinic Registration
Our next shot clinic will be Sunday, December 5th.
Please select a half hour block below and enter the requested information. Submit your application. You only need to make one appointment for all your pets.
You will receive a confirmation email from clinic@pgspca.org with details and important information.

There are limited slots each half hour. If the block you select is filled, please select another half hour block. Plan to arrive within that half-hour block you registered.
For your safety:
All dogs must be on leash and cats must be in a secure carrier. We require that all clients wear a mask and only one adult (No kids Allowed) per animal will be allowed inside the gate.
Please bring a credit card or cash (no checks)
Rabies and Distemper: $10 per shot
Microchips: $25 per chip
If you will be requesting a rabies shot for your pet, and you have proof of a prior rabies vaccination, be sure to bring the paperwork documenting that earlier shot for a vaccination good for 3 years. Otherwise, the August 8 shot will be valid for one year.

The clinic is located at 8210 D’Arcy Road in Forestville. Please park along the street and walk up to the gate. Clients with appointments during that half hour will be admitted. If you arrive early, please remain in your car until your assigned time slot.
