Hi, I'm Cinder
Domestic Short Hair | Baby | Female | Medium

About Me
I’m super playful and easy going. I love everyone – whether they have two legs or four legs, and I love getting attention from my two-legged friends!
Hobbies: Chasing any toy with feathers and snuggles with my foster Mom.
Favorite Toy: Feathers and catnip! (I just figured out what that is!)
Favorite Napping Spot: On the couch while to trying to get the resident cat to cuddle with me (it hasn’t worked out yet, but I’m still trying).
HOW I CAME TO THE PGSPCA
I was found by a volunteer trapping feral cats. I trotted right up to her and said, “Can I go into the trap, please??” She thought I was someone’s lost pet, but I didn’t have a microchip. I was taken to the Prince George’s County Animal Shelter in hopes that my family would find me. But no one came for me, so I joined the PGSPCA foster program.
I am settling in nicely. I’m getting along with my foster mom’s other cats and was curious about the dog that came to visit. does great with them. I was a little nervous at first when kids came over, but it didn’t take long for me to warm up to the children, age 6 and age 2.
DREAM FAMILY
I would love a family that has lots of cat trees to climb, near windows so I can look outside. I have tons of energy and need to have enough play to wear me out. I enjoy being where all the people are and I love telling them about my day…Meow, Meow, Meow (that means I napped a lot and now I am ready to play). I’d also like a nice bed with my future human to snuggle up with at night.
