About Me

Venus was adopted December of 2017!

Venus was picked up as a stray by animal control. Unfortunately, it did not seem that she got the greatest of care in the first part of her life as she came to us with 7 masses as well as being heartworm positive. Happily, all the masses were benign and her heartworm treatment is almost complete.

She is a sweet, easy-going girl who, so far, has gotten along with everyone she has met – people, dogs, cats, even chickens! She likes to play in the yard, go on walks and hang out with her family in the house. She is crate-trained and housebroken and generally a quiet dog.

Venus is ready to start the next chapter in her life. Could it be with you?

Venus recently appeared on T.V.!
