Pru was adopted June 2017!
Prudence was rescued from a shelter. We know she had an owner at some point since she’s declawed, but we don’t know how she ended up in the shelter. She’s about 9 years old, and weighs 11 pounds.
She has not shown a lot of interest in playing with toys. She prefers to interact with humans, especially males, head butting them gently, climbing in their laps and rubbing against them—and this is at the first meeting!
She makes the most endearing cry when she’s hungry and will only eat dry food. She is litter box trained, and is fine being left alone.
Prudence would do best in a one-cat household, but another feline present would not be a problem.

NOTE: We are an all volunteer group and do not operate a shelter. All of our animals are in foster homes. We are unable to place our animals outside of the Baltimore/DC area.
