If you have found a pet, please call the Animal Management Division (AMD) of Prince George's County at 301-780-7200 and press 7 when you hear the recording. You can also complete a Found Animal Report online (www.goprincegeorges.com), then print and fax it to the shelter. Contacting your local shelter is THE BEST THING you can do, because it increases the possibility of connecting with the pet with its rightful owners. You can also search the national lost/found databases found in our Resources section, in case the lost animal was reported elsewhere.
